An MT41.S4.F07-F10.CH22 spring-return actuator mounted with an extra-long stem extension to a SS ball valve with special tank bottom end connection. The long stem extension provides clearance for the actuator from the bottom of the tank. The spring-return fail close actuator provides fail-safe tank shutoff in case of air or signal failure.
