Custom made lockout kits are nothing new to us here at Max-Air Technology. So when a customer requested a lockout kit to complement their sanitary butterfly valve, we didn’t hesitate to offer a solution. This kit was polished to match a valve with an external surface finish of Ra50. It includes a dedicated lock out plate (not just a hole in the bracket), a tethered hitch pin with ball detent, a tube to store the pin when not in use, and can be locked in both the open and closed positions.
