Max-Air’s MT71.S6.F16.CH36 spring return actuator offers fail-safe torque in a compact package compared to similarly sized scotch-yoke actuators. This assembly is outfitted with a PEX02 model explosion proof positioner which provides 4-20mA modulating control and two limit switches for feedback. A heavy duty filter regulator ensures clean air and safe pressure for instrument longevity. Max-Air assembled & tested the positioner with nylon tubing & brass fittings, and a Namur mount NV62L block & bleed valve (not shown) to cut off air supply for manual override. Max-Air PV01-GOJ78 sandwich style declutch-able gear operator is mounted to the bottom of the actuator and has ISO standard mounting to seamlessly integrated into the valve assembly.
