This is a Hazardous Location 5800 in-lbs actuator with modulating control. It is optioned with a Local Control Station that operates the actuator in local or remote mode, except this is designed to function in a Safe Location (non-hazloc). So an operator can position the valve using this RCU without having to enter the hazardous environment.
